1. Do I have a proof reading opportunity?
After the receival of the required services, you have the right to change the required text for three times.
2. Would it be possible to choose the media for press bulletins
You can add or remove media from the list (the one that we are going to send you with the press bulletin)
3. Non of my press bulletin request is published on the media?
Yazı Dükkanı site is only responsible for the preparence and distribution of the press bulletins. The publication of the bulletin is in the responsibility of the editors and writers of the media.
4. What are the service timetables or deadlines?
Multimedia services and proposal, agreement services are subject to the negotiations with the customer. These services will be given not less than 7 days. Other services would be given in 3 days after the request has been accepted by the system.
5. I have send the request but did not receive the service?
Yazı Dükkanı is not responsible from the delays which could arrise from the net work or the computer system of the customer. If you received the receipt but did not receive the service, than please contact to our call center or send an e mail.
6. I want a refund
You can ask for a refund after 24 hours from the service request. No other refunds will be possible after the delivered services.
7. Is there a translation opportunitry in the services?
We do prepare Turkish and English written texts which are clearly defined in the services page but we do not give translation services
8. What is the level of Yazı Dükkanı's responsibility of services?
Please note that Yazı Dükkanı is a utility to facilitate the businessmen's life. It's a time and money saving site which smooths the businesslife of it's customers. We do prepare bulletins, protokols, announcements and other defined services on the defined deadlines; but we do not take any responsibility from the outcomes of these services.
